Soho Square is a mixed-use urban complex by Bloom Holding, located in the centre of Saadiyat Island. The project consists of two 11-storey residential buildings connected by a common courtyard and commercial premises.Soho Square comprises 304 premium residences, including studios, 1–3 bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses. The apartments range in size from 431 sq. ft to 2,077 sq. ft, while townhouses start from 1,658 sq. ft and penthouses from 2,185 sq. ft. The properties are finished in a calm colour scheme with the use of high-quality, eco-friendly materials. Most of the residences have spacious terraces.
