Surrounded by scenic mangroves, Saadiyat Lagoons by Aldar Properties comes as the largest district on the iconic Saadiyat Island. The nature-inspired development will house an array of residential clusters across 3 zones, with each of them featuring homes with distinct architectural designs. The Standard package, meanwhile, will only have provisions for smart home solutions.Residences in Saadiyat Lagoons will be equipped with the provision for a swimming pool, a show kitchen (incl. an oven, a cooktop, a cooker hood, a microwave and a fridge), as well as a maid's room, family dining area, provision for a lift, and a parking for 3–5 cars.
