Reeman Living is a complex by Aldar Properties with a total of 1,050 residential units. The development will be the second project in the Living Collection, which are presented by comfortable urban real estate with thoughtful designs in the elite areas of the UAE capital. According to the developer's plans, the handover of Reeman Living is expected in Q1 2026.As part of the first phase, 630 residences will be launched, including stylish studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms in five low-rise buildings. Residences with 2–3 bedrooms will be complemented by a balcony with a picturesque view of the surrounding area.Residents of Reeman Living will have the ability to choose from two colour palettes for the interiors, and each unit will come with individual design elements and convenient storage spaces.In accordance with the company's Sustainable Development Goals, Aldar Properties uses "green" construction technologies, eco-friendly structures and energy-efficient lamps in Reeman Living.
