Elie Saab Waterfront

Elie Saab Waterfront is in its second and final phase of development on Al Reem Island. Created by leading developer Ohana Development in collaboration with the renowned fashion house Elie Saab, the initial phase sold out in a matter of days. The developers were inspired by the delicacy of silk and classical art: On one hand, the tower resembles a marble sculpture of the Baroque era, with realistic curves and lines that come to life before your eyes. This stunning design is complemented by premium infrastructure, gorgeous views of the bay and an abundance of greenery.Elie Saab Waterfront features an exquisite collection of 173 designer apartments with 1-3 bedrooms along with one exclusive duplex penthouse featuring a private pool and terrace. The area of these residences varies from 1,184 sq. ft to 14,768 sq. ft. Extraordinary attention was also given to the interior design, which blends the exquisite exteriors with modern Art Deco styles in shades of pearl white, beige and grey. Tones of gold and cherry décor compliment natural materials of marble, wood and stone.Closed kitchens are fully equipped with top-tier appliances and premium fixtures. Living rooms and bedrooms open onto a spacious, undulating balcony with spectacular views. A custom collection of furniture and textiles under the Elie Saab brand has been designed especially for this project.Below, residents will enjoy the charming pedestrian embankment, shady tree-lined alleys and access to a sparkling yacht marina.
